Surti Undhiyu is a delicious dish served hot with sweet jalebi and puri, during winters especially Makar Sankranti or Uttrayan Festival (Kite Flying Festival). It is a mix vegetable dish with Muthiyas, recipe, which also includes vegetables like surti papdi, purple yam, and peageon beans and fresh garlic, to make it spicier.
